What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through the application form on this site:
- Name (parent or athlete)
- Contact details (phone or email)
- Sport, graduation year, and the message you write
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that gives us aggregate visit counts. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across sites. We set no advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.
How we use your information
We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to you and evaluate a possible representation. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. Ever.
Athletes under 18
Our work involves high school athletes, and we take that seriously. Applications concerning a minor athlete should be submitted by, or with the knowledge and consent of, a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information without consent, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are delivered to us as email and are not stored in any database on this website. Our site and email are delivered through Cloudflare's infrastructure.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. One email to [email protected] is enough.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
